Sankara Eye Foundation
The Mirani Trust supports the Sankara Eye Foundation, with its mission of 20/20 Vision by 2020. Sankara Eye Foundation, a California based trust, supports the Sankara Eye Institutes providing free sight restoring surgery at nine locations throughout India. We’re proud to support the mission of the Sankara Eye Foundation to restore sight. Through their efforts the cost of each eye surgery has been reduced significantly and eye surgery is made accessible to many who would remain in darkness. They are able to leverage connections with suppliers to provide this opportunity to many people who would not otherwise be able to afford this much needed procedure. Through their work they are returning people to productive lives with restored vision.
