The Mirani Foundation has partnered with the Shora Foundation to support their efforts to provide crucial after school programs for children in under served communities in East Knoxville. Many children from this area face great hardships and lack of opportunity. The Shora foundation is wonderful partner organization for The Mirani Foundation’s mission to help break the cycle of poverty through education intervention.
The Mirani Foundation donated Chromebooks, tablets and a printer to provide The Mirani Foundation Tech Nook at the Shora Foundation. The technology will be used to give the kids the ability to complete schoolwork, have access to educational online resources, and keep up with tech advances in the Knox County school system.
