Founded in 2015, the Mirani Foundation partners with organizations supporting and uplifting people in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the developed and developing world. Our focus is Health, Education & Social Justice, and it is our belief that development through education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, developing peace and understanding, and that every child has a right to grow up healthy and receive a quality education.

Hearing from the Students at ASHA Mumbai
A student with ASHA for Education- Mumbai describes the opportunities to learn and grow that ASHA has provided. The Mirani Foundation has been a long-time supporter of ASHA Mumbai.
Supporting West View Elementary, Knox County Schools
Dr. Mirani presents Susan Martin with a check for $200 and $300 in McKays credits. The funds will help replace a small garden shed that had been destroyed by high winds. The McKays credits will let the school purchase books for the kids. The Mirani Foundation is proud to be a supporter of West View Elementary.
Kicking-off a Pilot Yoga Program with Elevate school.
We are proud to launch this initiative to bring mindfulness and calming strategies to troubled kids. The pilot yoga program funded by The Mirani Foundation will meet twice per month for at risk students in the Elevate Program of Knox County Schools where they will have the opportunity to learn yoga. The goal is to help the kids relieve some stress and use those skills to better navigate their lives.

Outside the hotel in Mumbai we were able to give out over 40 meals in less than 2 minutes. The need is great and unending but it is crucial to help as much as you can any time that you can.
